SUPPORTED DECISION-MAKING NETWORK OF OHIO

These reports present findings from a statewide survey of Ohio adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and family members regarding their experiences with decision-making and support. The project was led by Jeanne Novak of Bowling Green State University in partnership with the Supported Decision-Making Network of Ohio.
We have made efforts to create accessible materials, but are committed to improving accessibility of these documents and this page over time. Thank you for your feedback and patience as we make changes.
